Dividend Reinvestment Plan

IBA Health offers a dividend reinvestment plan (DRP) which enables shareholders to reinvest their dividend into IBA shares at a 5% discount to the volume weighted average price for the 5 days following the dividend record date.

The DRP was applicable for the final 2006 dividend paid in October, 2006 and for the interim 2007 dividend paid in March 2007.
